i bought most of my casing and screen protectors there

seems like WP8 and the 620 slowly but surely got some attentions...my university got a seller selling this rm10 casing for the 620..other model like 610 710 900 oso available

Just bought Lumia 620 for both my parents...Currently got an error when trying to update my system...Or is it that my system already updated to latest version?

I have one problem, how to make mp3 as our ringtone? I found out one apps
in Store market about ringtone maker something liddat....Any way without using apps?

Put all the songs you want to set as ringtones into the ringtone folder.

Just got my lime Lumia 620 few days ago, UI are very smooth and no hang or sudden restart so far. These are my findings:

1. There are no phone profile for it, like 'General', 'Silent' or create a custom profile with different loudness and ringtone. WP8 only can switch between 'ring+vibrate' or 'Vibrate'.

2. Theme and background color are really limited. Only 20 colors to choose for theme; Light (white) or dark for background.

3. Glossy back cover look nice, but not practical. Fingerprint everywhere and slippery if your hand is moist.

4. Buttons are fine. Some forumer complain about the shutter button, but I find it OK, tactile enough.

5. Been using Whatapps for 2 days, so far so good (didn't try the voice feature though).

6. Short battery life. On full charge with unnecessary stuff off, Wi-Fi only will last a day, 2G only last 3/4 day, 3G didn't test but should be worst.


I would recommend it if the battery perform much better...

Anyone using third party battery with larger capacity? How was it?

There will be a major windows phone upgrade, not sure what the changes will be same with windows 8.1 or not, but windows 8.1 indeed able to use custom background which I think might implement into windows phone

You can buy a coat for it

whatsapp might crash from time to time due to apps compatible problem, you might need to restart the phone, don't say I didn't warn you

LINE works better than whatsapp and been updated 3 times since I bought the phone and none for whatsapp yet.

Economic phone sure got some low, Lumia720 got better battery life, get a battery bank then. My phone don't last a day, need to charge everyday, sometimes twice

You mean the Amber update pack? Hopefully they have add flexibility to the theme colors.

I did got a coat for it, too bad the funky lime yellow green color got covered up.

Let's see if I encounter Whatapps crash or not la... hehe

whatsapp will crush. all windows phone user encounter the same problem.
as for the battery life, it will perform better when it has been recharged 8-10 times. the battery drains fast when i bought it, but now it last longer than when i first bought it. surely you need a powerbank in case of emergency

Is anyone out there able to use the Data Sense? It is for tracking data usage. I can't find it in my phone, and WP8 forum said it is Telco dependent.
I'm using Digi Prepaid Plus, but will switch to U Mobile UMI 18 soon.

telco dependent, not available in Malaysia yet I believe. Normally data sense will be preloaded to the phone from those telco that supported.

According to Microsoft website, the current plan is that WP8 will be supported until July 2014.

If later the OS gets bumped up to say WP8.1, then the support cycle will be extended.
