How to hard reset the phone?

Hi,

i just got my Lumia 620 white on friday. Bought from a normal shop, but with Avaxx warranty for RM 749.

I experience multi-touch issue on the phone. But later, i tried,
1. With power cable - OK, 4 touch
2. Without power, on battery saver - Max 2 touch stable
3. Without power, batter saver off - OK 4 touch.

So i think it is the issue of battery saver.
There are a few important things lacking,
1. No notification center
2. No orientation lock
3. No profiles (like on normal nokia phones)

I have another problem, that is if i switch off cellular data, then later i switch on, i cannot get internet. I need to restart the phone then ok. Anyone else having this same issue?

As for battery, currently i'm using original battery. First day, battery life was like 9 hours, now by third day, it has increased to 17 hours. So no problem there. However, will consider sun global battery..

As for GPS, maps, drive, those are really great apps. Locks GPS very quickly. And the graphics are great.

Whatsapp is sometimes stable, sometimes not.

i need screen protection so badly.hari2 takut screen calar.

where to find?does shops at lowyat already have the stocks?

do you guy feel that, 620 signal is very weak?
hardly can see full signal one.

anyone getting multiple clocks flash on the screen when flipping the tiles?

Man, I wanted to make my first smartphone jump to the Lumia 620. But these last few post sure is making me doubt myself. Uhm,may I ask what should I check when testing the phone out? Other than the multi-touch that is.

Off-Topic - Please don't take this as an insult, but any chance you guys would've gone for some other phone at the same price range? any recs please?

my personal opinion. the only thing lacking with WP8 is the variety of apps. of coz you still have your very 'basic' apps like FB, Twitter, 4square and Angry Birds but i think that's about it.

you might find yourself looking at your friend's iP or Androids when they're playing Clash of Clans, Bejeweled Blitz, Candy Crush, Temple Run, Instagram and etc.

UI wise, it's the most sexy thing you'll ever see, for now.

go for it if you're not an app/game person else....

How many people here suffering from the multi touch issue?

well, been using it for a week now~ the difference is very little~ I got mine from clareen gallery~ u can find her shop in garage sale forum~

Anyone can suggest a good battery indicator app? The one I was using previously which was Power Tool has so many bugs....

will 620 be eligible for future OS updates? like those in 2014 ones
