a friend of mine is currently studying ID in KBU...he says the facilities and ppl there are great. Fees-wise, it will become quite affordable if u get good results in SPM- since they offer tuition fees waiver directly(means no interview etc., if u got the results, u get the waiver)... My 6A in UEC got a 20% waiver for a degree course, which means totaled about 40k...but I'm not interested to go- just a figure for u...
SPM gets u into the diploma programme, which is the thing my said friend did, although he got a higher qualification, coz he says he wanna study more in-depth and skip the foundation yr for degree, which, according to him, is not specialized course...well, that's for ur reference.

ya... direct waiver... discounted fees if u mean their criteria- SPM gets discount on pre-u programmes only- means A-levels, ausmat(?) and foundation programmes, dunno if that applies to diploma, u should check with them personally, in edufairs or website...
5, 6, 7As get 10, 20, 30% waiver respectively.
8As above get 100%... good luck.

and there's also scholarships for sportsman and student leaders and top office bearers... details u check for urself on their web la... or get some brochure...
if u take STPM, u'll need CGPA 3.75 up to get 100%,
and 8As up for UEC.
