Maxis wanted me to pay rm25 n I refuse n ask to speak to supervisor. After saying celcom provide free n I being few years Maxis customer it should be free too. Immediately she agree free replacement

my also 4 pins... i email samsung mobile about this, and all they say to bring it to the SC to resolve, they didnt say confirm exchange....
most people here are already on the premium suite, because they flash it them self , the update didnt come to their phone because
the update is still not OFFICIAL, all the premium suite here are unofficial.
so yeah, normal phone wont have the premium suite yet.

doesnt matter where you get your phone, if samsung realease it officially, you will get your updates the same as everyone else, unless you are impatient, you can be like us the guinea pigs and test the leak/unofficial/testing firmware.

Most of s3 in malaysia model number gt-i9300 so it is international version. International version does not need update from carrier. You update yourself using OTA or kies or odin. N the update havent reach msia yet so no premium suite. Unless u know how to flash custom rom or odin. Read the 1st page of this thread pls

Let's start to talk about good things in our S3... I really like the indicator light that not in most of other samsung devices (At least Note 1 don't have it). When i with my note 1 i always press the home or power button to check any new message but now pressed lesser...

i think there is an apps to do this.  light flow and one more iI don't  Rmmber.

Light Manager got more features . Light Flow Lite got only a few unless u buy it for full feature unlike Light Manager where most features r free

did you use saving? maybe try factory reset andd seee if it helps?

yes it will. download titanium backup(requires root) and backup everything first. i just reformatted my phone due to lags after upgrading from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2 (poland) firmware. now it seems fine
