hi anyone claim warranty before? i send my malfunction s3 to service centre last wednesday and then i got back this service request slip. today i try to call to check whether it is ready but the customer service ask for "service order number", the slip does not have this information, only thing it got is "bill number"..
my phone is jz 6months old, the bill number looks fishy, will they charge me?

Ok, got s3 during June. Two weeks ago mobo died out of nowhere, sent to service centre for two weeks and its not yet ready.
I felt like i was cheated.
