i can't answer you exactly,as it called as 'Sudden Death' sudden refer to something happen and we dunno where,when or what cause.I heard is NAND corrupted or something like that cause it dies.

For my warranty sake,I hope it die right now as I'm charging

Not all, some. Depends on your luck I guess.

No..not neccessarily 1.100 MUST died. Only that the chances going to die is higher..that's all.

Guys, for clarification purposes.

Even if you have 1.100, it doesn't mean it will 100% go dead after more than 150~200 days. Because Samsung did not say anything about this issue, so we wont know whether it is 100% confirm mobo will die or not. All in all, it might just depend on your luck. Who knows..

What we know so far is that, some people who have this motherboard, have been experiencing sudden death issues on their S3.

We dont know what causes it, although some speculate because of a corrupted NAND, overcharging the phone, etc etc. As I said, many reasons because Samsung haven't say anything about it yet.. We can only hope and wait Samsung will reply..

LDM....fight with note series

hey fellow s3 owners, i just sent my cracked lcd s3 to lowyat's sc. went to supposed authorize samsung service center at dataran pandan prima around 930am, only to see that it only repair tv.

so went to lowyat, arrived around 945, 3 people already waiting in front of the door. i got the fourth number. after go inside, wait a bit, turn my head back, damn full already people.

apparently the cost is 484.10 for the screen(?) and 40 for repair charge(?) so total around 520.10. mine is titanium gray.

wanna ask can i pay by credit card upon collection? don't have any cash that much with me right now. and i told the girl that i'm going outstation, so she said she can try and arrange so that mine can be done under 3 days. bs?

gonna check my revision once i get it back. and seems like no premium suite for malaysia yet

The copy and paste doesn't seem to be working well for me on Dolphin Browser at all. It keeps jumping to the top of my message when I'm replying posts here inLYN. Also when I hold on the screen to paste, it doesn't appear, need to move the cursor around a bit then only it works
