I am so free , so just give some comments .

Form 5 science and math subjects is harder than Form4 especially Bio though it have less chapter than Form4.

Biology - chapter 3 ( Very important , but SPM 2012 didnt come out in paper2 , but paper 3 )
Chemistry - My fav Chapter 2 Organic Compound is quite hard because need to remember a lot and u need to do a lot of exersice .
Chapter 3 Redox - Related to Chapter6 ( Form4 ) This chapter important .
Physics - No comment .

Btw , objective is easy to get >45 if u do a lot and DONT make any silly mistake ( Always circle the KEYWORDs before u choose the answer ) . I could only get 38/50 in trial ( physics ) but after i spamed 10+ set objective paper i got 48/50 in SPM

Additional Math and Math u just need to do a lot , then sure u can
