i m now havin scholarships tat waive my tuition fees ..(college)
but now i wanna apply ptptn..(so tat can cover up my other expenses)
since i dun wan to spend my parents $..
is it possible? o do u guyz have any recemendation on other loan?

should i open an SSPN account first, i mean before i apply for ptptn or afta i succeed to get ptptn loan?

my parent have kind da thought tat studying in college will use up lotz of $, tat's y i wanna apply ptptn loan summore to prove tat i dun need to spend their $ even though i study in college..get wat i mean?
