Ok... Guys.. Please help me.

I did my foundation in mmu. Now i planned to change to another uni for degree. So i didnt yet apply for ptptn for degree loan.

The problem is the ptptn already send me 3rd letter ask me to pay back for foundation. As i want to change to other uni, would they provide a new loan for my degree. Or should i pay back my foundation loan first to apply for degree loan? Please help me.


Feel like jumping from the window because of this money problem. I wish i was stupid enough so that i failed my form 3 but i didnt. I wish i was lucky/smart enough to get seat in ipta. Being in the middle of this two really making me crazy.
