actually hard@no...depend on wat course u r and which unversity u r..when u got ur 1st loan..maybe it lower..try go to ptptn n asking..or u may call them 1st...if u go to non.gov. Uni. try apply for mara..or jpa(u need at least cgpa 3.2,dun rmmber)..lastly try apply at any bank.. for study loan..i tink bank rakyat got one..(dun quite rmmber oso 
)..p/s if u got very very very ..good result..likely u will get then scholarship than loan...at least it work wif m y cousin-she got almost 1million mara scholarship
