for those who are paying their repayment using maybank2u and you have two loans, please beware that it will only credit into the FIRST account. it wont care what the loan ID number that you enter in the m2u form. (it will only record the first one!)

the only way to pay both loan/second loan is to use the e-fes (the ptptn's own system)

the e-fes system is damn dodgy. tons of pop-up there. dunno whether save to use or not. kinda wasted my money on the first loan! (They should have tell us this!)

so is it safe to pay via maybank2u?

it is safe. just that you cant pay 2 loans simultaneously if you use m2u. they also charge RM1 for each transaction. smile.gif

What if i apply diploma ptptn loan , they send a statement to me after 6 months , BUT i further my degree in other private college and plan to apply ptptn loan again .
My problem is , will they ask me to pay back the diploma ptptn loan o wat can i do to get the degree ptptn loan?
*
Just send a letter to PTPTN and tell them that you will further your study, so you cant pay back the loan now. You'll need to include a letter from your college (degree) to certify that you are currently studying there, and your offer letter. Cant remember whether you need to include your latest result or not though (for degree).

But PTPTN will still add the interest la even though you dont need to pay.

you can also read their instruction here:

PSD gets nod to put defaulters on credit-rating blacklist
After trying just about everything to recover payments for study loans and still not making any headway, the Public Service Department has come up with a last-gasp measure - to put defaulters on the credit-rating blacklist to bar them from getting any more loans.

why i never heard of this? hmm.gif
QUOTE
PSD decided to revoke the 75% discount given to 1,200 hardcore defaulters and blacklist them as well as their spouses and children (if any) so that they would not enjoy a similar loan facility in future.

Only if this is applicable to PTPTN too...
