QUOTE(TruthHurts @ Mar 3 2013, 02:52 PM) As currently there is war at Sabah. Seems to me that our Security Force seems to have trouble with just the Sulu invader. why not join wataniah & play with real bullet..???The Sulu invader know military tactics and well trained. Meaning they have actively trained with each other at their own ground BUT Malaysian Military however sent nearly all of the ATM troops there having difficulty holding down a few invaders. I think Malaysia Govt should allowed (in a controlled manner) to open up an active AIRSOFT sport in Malaysia. Its the best way to train some would be army men and some people who would defend Malaysia incase we would be invaded again and need reserved men ... (We have been invaded now .. huhuhuuuu Suggest to support the AIRSOFT Sport and we need to push for it. Anyone Agree ?? (please don't mad at me and tell it will be use by robbers.. huhuhuhuhuhuhu airsoft will never teach u real situation & condition..it will only teach u how to become COD character in real world, & that is not good.. |

QUOTE(wanvadder @ Apr 8 2013, 09:51 PM) they just fall into all these competitor's trap who didnt win contract from gomen for me, its ok for them to whack gomen..but please choose the issue wisely & don't fall into traps btw; - RM500m from RM4.5b is what? like 11.11% of commission? some competitor looks like kempunan didn't get the share..& why can't perimekar get their share? why bother on the price so much, why not focus on perimekar if its a recognized company or not? falls into competitor's trap? - did they know gomen didn't bought those T91M by cash, but by commodities barter trade? what so much bruhaha about the price? did they have all the list on the tank's specs? did ATM burst gomen's budget on military spending when buying this tanks? they think buying tanks are as same as buying commercial cars? can they buy proton inspira with rubber barter trade? whats the problem if PT-91M are inferior to any US & Europe tank? did they know TDM's battle doctrine? do they think our tanks will go head to head with singapore Leo2 if in battle? do they have all the details on criteria ATM needed to select our tank? - the fuuu? since when TLDM build LCS? they seriously didn't do any homework, do they? thats only 6 units because the plan to get 27 already scrapped..& Beausted are not the previous company who get the contract in the 1st place, instead they are the one who completed the abandoned program..why they didn't focus on Amir Shah, the real culprit behind this fiasco? fall's into trap again? become someone's chess pawn? - i dun understand about these jet fighter issues they trying to brought up..are they questioning the MiGs or the sukhoi? - why dun they study what were Brazil's spec requirement on the helos compare to TUDM requirement? they didnt know anything about CSAR/SAR/utility? cant they just be resourceful 1st before questioning on military spending? |

QUOTE(yinchet @ Apr 23 2013, 12:34 AM) huhu good we get reading some article from marhalim abas regarding the projectSmart-S Mk2 3D medium to long range surveillance radar ![]() captes towed array sonar » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « they concerned of some difficulties in using current 3D radar as it have many, many mode where to change form one mode to a another was kinda problematic especially in quick response crisis..is most 3D radar like this? & regarding choosing NSM for new LCS project, they said TLDM didn't want any stuff from MBDA anymore..they actually will consider anything as long as not MBDA, but they didn't tell why...any story u know about this? |

QUOTE(yinchet @ Apr 24 2013, 03:31 PM) just takes them as a grain of slat. dunno..but operating NSM will be a new thing for TLDMlast time I told them NSM might be chosen. they dun believe it. last-last MA come out with NSM article. TLDM not dun wan MBDA thing but they are looking for some good stuff. exocet going to be end by 2020. anyway. saying 3d radar is slow response is quite a BS. one commmentator in marhalim abas blog said MBDA got some 'attitude' issue, french punya perangai..thats why TLDM don't want MBDA anymore no..im not saying 3D radar is slow response..what i mean is the operator having problem to switch from one option mode to another & that affected time to response QUOTE(MrUbikeledek @ Apr 24 2013, 07:23 PM) Smart-s is a multibeam rotating phased array radar. I think this is the first Phased Array 3D radar operated by the TLDM right? So it's natural that we are overwhelmed by the complexity of the system. Phased array allow the operator to manipulate the beam in a way that can't be done by mechanical radar. So there'll most certainly much more options. i guess u're right..having a lot of multiple options under one single platform might give them a headache to get used to the systemThis post has been edited by keown83: Apr 24 2013, 11:53 PM |

China is really great at reverse engineering..give them 1 asset, & wait for them to create a copy within short period of time
They got only 1 used aircraft carrier, & they're now ready to create a copy |

for a time being there's no efficiently light armour protection for MBT..all the superb armour protection material for current technology are obviously, HEAVY..& that affect the performance of most MBTs, limiting their role, making some people thought MBT are a burden & outdated
Type-10 might give a glance of future MBT development that is protected with superbly reliable lightweight armour..it is heavily armoured but only weighted at 48 tonnes max (at least on paper it says so), much lighter than abrams or leopard 2 This post has been edited by keown83: Apr 26 2013, 12:34 PM |
