Over speed hump at 20-30kmph sure kena something... if <10kmph then its okay.

Dunno wrong or not... go flat road normal. Just when got hump or uneven road like go flat then sharp slope, sure knock sound(if bounce hard)... small hump >20kmph knock sound.
