latest update about my Note2 warranty status. i had call Samsung today and they told that now status is approve for 1 to 1 exchange. (yesterday still pending approval from Service center manager, Customer Center manager and PR department, but now tell me that the Technician Engineer approve for the exchange). i hv no idea which is the truth story as they been putar here n there.

Since had approved, so i ask that when can i get my new exchange unit. Told by them that need wait for around 2 weeeks to order stocks. Now they make me angry, it back to day 1 story again that pending for stocks while yesterday tell me that stock available but pending for approval. Now approved but pending for stock again. i told them i will be oversea by next week for 2 months and i need get my exchange unit by this week, they suggest me exchange the phone after i back from oversea or leave my phone to someone else that help to exchange for me (dare they give such stupid suggestions)

i told the agent that i need speak direct with the manager but she told me manager engage with other customer and will call me back within 30mins. now 45mins passed and i yet to get any call. i give another 15mins to wait and i will call them back again later.

too bad, i buy from Maxis via cash. haha....
till now yet to get call from the so call Manager.
i will tell them if still like that i will file report to consumer association and i will email to their Managing Director since i know him.

haiz... my fren who hv same issues as me went lowyat Samsung able do 1 to 1 exchange on the spot. but for mine so troublesome.

just call them and check, the manager say latest is by nest friday will able get my exchange unit or it might be earlier.

actually u can request them on the spot check what is the issue about (which part faulty). if they hv the parts , they might able repair for you on the spot, else u can tell them order the part 1st and call u to do on the spot repair when the parts arrive, rather than u leave your phone there for 1-2weeks. But this is only applicable if you went to Samsung service center in PJ, the service center HQ. If go other branch, good luck to you that need leave your phone with them for 1-2 weeks.

Hi everyone, any idea do your N7100 can support 4G LTE? i check from the phone spec in website say this model do not support 4G LTE, do this mean if Maxis launch 4G LTE, then we unable use it as well?

tks for your info so much. btw, curious to ask that what is the max speed you get when on H+ ?
i using maxis, so far the highest speed i get is only 6Mbps++. most time average i get is around 2-3Mbps++ only.
i curious that maxis claims their H+ can hit 42Mbps.

oh.. where u able get 10Mbps? i tried so many times, even in klcc maxis center, i manage get max is 6Mbps++ only.
