my data doesn't work when battery below 20%, anyone know what setting is this? where to change it to become normal?

what rom is recommended for now? the 3G data off issue still the same, i wanna try other ROM and see...
 I wanted to buy IMAK quicksand case also, i think it feels nice to hold.... |
