@yoshi86, dont bother to send email to samsunguniv3z@gmail.com as it is just the facebook page email, no authority and yes, they dont even reply, i doubt it is even read. You can try submitting the message through samsung CS feedback system, response time usually within 24 hours.

if the centre manager still play taichi with you, just tell them, 'do you want me to raise a dispute with my credit card company and hold the payment?'..this may work if you bought using CC and recently purchased la.

Previously, i have sync-ed my contact list with gmail and it imported all gmail contacts to my phone. I have to delete all these email contacts one by one.

However, when i want to send sms today and select receipient from the list, apparently all the email contacts are still there, only invisible to my contact list. Any idea how to solve this, ie to remove all the email contacts permanently?

Thank you.

Samsung never claim it is normal. How can exploding/spark in charger be normal.  doh.gif

Just someone wrote an article that the hissing charger is normal (not sure if the source is samsung or not). I dun think this 2 is related as the latest charger exploded does not have hissing sound.  unsure.gif

well, samsung still refuse to acknowledge that hissing issue is not a safety concern.

Cos there is no proof that hissing sound causes explosion. Take time to read my post and the user's post, his unit got no hissing sound.

I know i cannot link them together but samsung have to answer this. The fact that 3 users from lowyat reported about exploding charger creates a question mark.

People with exploding charger should go make a report on the safety of the adapter head to SIRIM or some certification/safety body and CC to samsung malaysia.

Sure get instant respond.  rclxms.gif

that is because you have set to sync your contacts with gmail. Just unselect this sync at your contacts app or at your gmail account settings - do not select contact sync
*
You are right. I just untick the contacts sync, but the list already imported and appear at the SMS receipient list. Any suggestion on how to remove these contacts?

Also, sometimes i accidently clear the updates notification. How do I update the apps in this case?

Thank you

I rushed to Court and only to be told that to enjoy the price of RM1,749, I need to commit 60 months Court easy payment which requires me to pay >RM4k in 5 years time.

The ad is a scam  mad.gif

Bwahaha...
Now my charger also got buzzing sound. Something like small generator. .lolz
Welcome to the buzzing club..!! rclxm9.gif
Remember i complained about my replacement charger also giving hissing noise and got too hot until the charging red LED went off?

I was too busy to head over to samsung SC to get a second replacement, so i had to use it temporarily. The same thing happened for a second time just a day after that. But since then, the hissing noise has dissappeared and no excessive heat anymore.

Mystery, but i am not complaining biggrin.gif

(cannot be my hearing suddenly went bad no? tongue.gif )

After I installed the proximity screen off pro app, I noticed my battery juice runs out faster than usual.
Today I have disabled it yet still dropping like crazy. sad.gif

Wanna uninstall it.

I also installed screen off and lock app, not sure if it's another culprit.
*
Hi, i read some user review that one of the screen off and lock app doesnt really switch the screen off. Under a very dark environment, the screen will still glow dimly. So i decided to uninstall mine. Could this be the culprit?
