but it not rise like normal.its almost flat the same level as screen.like someone cut it feet n paste it in.still not loose but if I press on it.it sink down .

Otterbox makes the phone bulky. Note2 enough bulky alrdy.. Prefer slim and most importantly, protects all sides coz i have bad experience with scratches on the sides on samsung phones.

check properly to see if there's any mark? I mean if they use penknife to open and fix the s pen for you instead of giving you a brand new replacement.

they told me they gave me a new replacement, but apparently they just open it up and do some minor adjustment but left a very obvious mark there, when I confronted them, they act like bod0, doesn't know what happen.

The so-called "new" Note 2 is a STRIPPED DOWN version....no S-Pen, cheaper, LOWER specs.....

Till now past 3 years I amusing old HTC n blackberry USB cable with ipad charger to charge all my phones. Original stuffs remain intact. This note 2 I use only one day just out of curiosity to test hissing noise which was none

don't worry...you don't need to root..my note 2 is not rooted and I am enjoying every single bit of this phone...my last android i gad to root to get the best/performance out of it but this note 2 is perfect out of the box.

Get those that can charge ipad 2.1A output n is a good alternative. Don't buy those cheap rm20+ type as their output is either incorrect or inconsistent charging. Get those branded that cost rm80-100 from official Apple stores to avoid fakes. I used these past 3 years to charge all my gadgets
