Received the XOSkins from the bulk purchase
Looks like the ZAGG skins with the orange peel like texture but maybe 80-90% less.

Application is easy using the supplied materials and clear ENGLISH instructions. solution provided is more than generous and squeegee is like a blank credit card sized plastic.

as long as you read the instructions and adhere to it, i don't foresee any problems with installation. The space for buttons and the earpiece is good and precise.

now awaiting the skin underneath to dry up completely before commenting further! it feels smooth (almost glass like) and cool to the touch but becomes a little draggy when swiping quickly.

Unlike the bundled Nillkin SP which is the size of the screen only, this is the size of your whole front display + bezel.

I don't have another camera with me at the moment (maybe tonight then), but the only spaces open is the home button, and a U-shape from the earpiece to the camera.

when just applied (like now), and with the screen on, i can see the parts where the moisture is still remaining (screen becomes rainbow colored)

i was worried about any lint / dust / specks so i used cellotape (like in shops) to stick stick the screen beforehand.

i wonder if anyone could update on how to get 4.1.2 official back after flashing all the roms?

what you are saying is if i follow these steps, my root will be preserved:

1. download to sd card
2. go to mobile odin and load the file
3. make sure everroot is selected
4. select wipe dalvik and cache (not full wipe)
5. click ok and wait?

actually i think samsung is doing a good job

when i bought my phone, within days there was an update, then weeks later, a leaked 4.1.2

i think

rooting has nothing to do with SD card

everything your phone is running on is running off your phones memory

sd card is where you store the downloaded ROM files which you intend to flash
