RE series feature Nvidia Geforce GTX 765M but RS series feature top GPUs like AMD Radeon HD 8970M, Nvidia Geforce GTX 780M and Nvidia Quadro workstation GPUs.

Above is a comprehensive review of RE-15 (W350STQ), by reading this I believe you can have a better understanding about the speaker quality on this system.

In a side note, we sent Recorder's RE-15 back to Clevo for diagnosis. Per FAE department, they didn't find any static issue nor any speaker problem from the laptop. Instead they found a restart functioning problem in OS and that has been resolved by replacing the motherboard.

ILLEGEAR paid for Recorder's international shipping cost to Clevo RMA center.

We do provide on-site support within Klang Valley and Johor, but that also subjects to our time schedule availability.

The warranty cannot be upgraded for another 2 years if you already had 3 year warranty. The maximum warranty period is 3 years.

RS-15 and RS-15 Lite have dual fan cooling.

Almost all soldered-gpu laptops have only one fan. RE series have decent cooling nevertheless.

Checked the chat history around 2pm today.

The visitor was asking the RE-15's cooling system. And yes RE-15 features single fan cooling system. The dual fan cooling system is only available on RU-14 Pro, RS-15 Lite, RS-15, RS-17 and RX-17.

It's difficult to add dual fans plus dual SATA storage bays in a 15.6" machine unless increasing the system dimensions.

Thank you for your words. We are more than happy to help.

RS-15, RS-15 Lite and RE-15 dimensions are all about the same.

RS-15 and RS-15 Lite only have one SATA bay, it sacrifices secondary SATA bay for dual fan cooling system. (The P157SM has dual fans and dual SATA bays but it's thicker).

The good thing about RS-15 and RS-15 Lite is that you can always add a caddy case (RSP RM49, upgrade price RM19) to convert your DVD rom to a secondary hard drive/solid state drive.

By converting DVD rom to an empty caddy bay, you can reduce the system weight (DVD rom is heavy) and get extra SATA slot. The drawback is system SATA connector cannot make RAID with the caddy SATA connector.

RU-14 Pro = W740SU
RE-13 Pro = W230ST
RE-15 = W350STQ

If you mean MXM type graphic card like GTX 780M and AMD 8970M, it's impossible to be equipped on RU-14 Pro.
