RS-15 and RS-15 Lite have dual fan cooling.

Almost all soldered-gpu laptops have only one fan. RE series have decent cooling nevertheless.

Checked the chat history around 2pm today.

The visitor was asking the RE-15's cooling system. And yes RE-15 features single fan cooling system. The dual fan cooling system is only available on RU-14 Pro, RS-15 Lite, RS-15, RS-17 and RX-17.

It's difficult to add dual fans plus dual SATA storage bays in a 15.6" machine unless increasing the system dimensions.

Lets say my motherboard spoil today, will I get the onsite service within a week?

I really like illegear, it's cheaper than alienware.

If there any of your resellers that are able to offer 12 month installment without the 5% charge?

I think it is SOP for them to have that charge. For reseller, I recommend Mr. Docter.

Illegear stock most of the hardware locally, so for most of the cases there should be no problem regarding the hardware replacement status. There is only need to finalize the arrangement with Illegear technician's schedule for the meet up, depending on their availability.

Also as stated earlier, onsite service is only available within Klang Valley and Johor for time being!

Seems quite high, cause the usual charges by other resellers of laptops are usually 2-3% even for installment .

It seems so. It might be that different shops have different charge policies. When I was shopping for a laptop in a MSI store, they gave me 2% processing fee for a GE40. In a Switch shop, they gave me 0% charge for a Ipad Mini but I need to purchase their extended warranty. In Harvey Norman, they gave me 2% charge for the same Ipad Mini.

Twice? Hmm. Does that mean that Illegear is prone to breakdown?

If I remember correctly it was Maybank but they also accept any bank as long as it allows installment but this was for a GE40 I inquired in a MSI Shop at Komtar, Penang. That was four months back.

some have 3 years of lifespan, some have 1 or 2.
