Hi ubeyou, Illegear stock most of the hardware locally, so for most of the cases there should be no problem regarding the hardware replacement status. There is only need to finalize the arrangement with Illegear technician's schedule for the meet up, depending on their availability. Also as stated earlier, onsite service is only available within Klang Valley and Johor for time being!

Here it is, just taken from my apartment's management office. No frills, no hassle packaging from the workshop. Inside is the Illegear backpack and the laptop's adapter. Where's the laptop? Inside the backpack of course. Along with the battery pack and the CDs (not pictured). Nice touch. My own identity logo makes it the only one in this universe (not including parallel universes). Smooth back-lit keyboard with a nice feel to it when typing and/or gaming. The rear look, already connected to a TV monitor with HDMI. The front look, browsing Twitter. Because gaming laptop for gaming is too mainstream. If there's one thing I can complain is the little difference from the model advertised in Facebook. The unit doesn't have DVI port like the picture in FB, so I spent some ringgits more to buy HDMI cable. Doesn't concern me much tho, as HDMI is newer anyway. It's just that I think Illegear should change the picture in FB to match the actual unit. Just saying. All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with this unit. With i7-4700MQ as the CPU, GeForce GTX 780M as the GPU, and 12GB of RAM, I'm pretty sure I won't get bored for at least a couple of years with this one. Again, thanks to Mr.Docter as the seller. Nice having business with you. Lovely picture and neat review! But that GTX 780M might be too beasty to be confined for Twitter only! Thank you for the compliment as well!
