Went to the sales office in DU 2 weeks back, salesperson told me pricing will be RM750psf+ -

Oh my.. i still remember one of the sr in SHC told me a couple of months back that: 'we will be launching at about 700-750psf only.. haha.. seems like it wont be the case for now

My info is outdated then.Mine was back in Aug when i visited the sales gallery for Uptown Residences. They placed a map of Ara Damansara over there with an arrow pointing at the location. So out of curiosity, i asked him.

Haha.. i guess the both of us comes in one single sentence as i have invested a unit in Ara too. Lately, i was thinking to invest another unit in this area too but decided to pause my decision after the budget was announced.
