Love the location, so this is leasehold serviced apartment? The link bridge to Citta Mall is a great convenience to the residents here. Looks like anything above 1000sf get 3 car park, and those below will get at least 2 car parks. Very generous. Love the rooftop units. However, does seem a bit high density, with more than 700 units ?
There are so many types of layouts, almost refreshing. There are some hanging units too lol
When is it launching? If not already

Yeah me 3, I really liked the hanging deck unit, it's quite unique - only 6 units available! I think 1 was sold, but at RM1million for 1138sf (1 bedder), that's almost RM900sf! Commercial leasehold, no rebates or easy entry, it's quite hard to swallow. This post has been edited by urb7: May 26 2014, 06:51 PM

QUOTE(jayjay11 @ May 27 2014, 11:21 AM) The hanging deck look nice.... but i just don't feel secure sleeping on those units.. just my feeling. Any expert feng shui master can give advise is it good or not, because you do not have solid base.. and hanging? Yeah, probably not good for Fengshui. No land, nothing. But a very cool thought. Yes, it's a duplex, whereby you enter you will have dining area, with bedroom, and you go down to your living room.

The only thing about the small units is that the cooking hob faces the living room. It's already a very small space, and having the cooking hob so close to the living room is quite a bad design. Unless you opt out from the furnishing package.
