The project is under Commercial title but they said will apply for Residential rate for the utility charges, but again.. yet to be confirm.
Although is Commercial, but it is under HDA, hence, resell value should be able to get in the future. 

Can any buyer share the info about Bank loan package as well? The SA is suggesting Maybank as they have very flexible package.

electricity confirmed under residential title, water still pending for approval.

i took RHB mortgage, BLR -2.45 as my in-law are old customer of the branch

not concerning about reselling value cuz it's for own stay smile.gif

We need to pay maintenance fee for car park? I never heard of it from SA.
As i know the maintenance fee is calculated based on unit size only la.

I doubt if SHC will do such kind of nonsense.......
