utilities under commercial dun play play wor....I got one office unit tat management charging kaw kaw....every month need to pay 500 ringgit ...not include electrical bill....water bill can cost me 40 ringgit without using it (when my unit untenanted...)

but this project is leashold....compared others most are freehold...

can foresee the price should be lower than others...unless this project got direct link to LRT/MRT or super ong mega mall....

try to buit as much as units since area of Ara Damansara not allow for high rise...near to air port

nope..cos u bought it so u say portpourri is better than others?....in ara damansara...sime darby is tai ko...the best location and amenities (LRT station, offices, commercials..etc) will be intergrated with their project.... some more...potpourri is leasehold project...others mostly are freehold

different between link n intergrated where link is using covered or non-covered walk way within walking distance 200m to 500m...integrated is lrt station or public transport hub is part of the project....where the structural or building is build together under one master plan...


u get wat I mean? and Im sure u can foresee the future demand for integrated project...

link just for those developers to play the shortcut and take a grant to jack up their price...dun be fooled by developers ...
