Copy the coordinates and paste it in google map and you will know the location of the place.

Did you see the first post I posted.
I posted the map of SHC for you all cause you guys didn't notice the GPS coordinates.
You guys keep guessing where is the location of the new project.
I just show you. Why you related me with other people.

I just google the entire map of ara damansara and I find out that Cittamall and SHC land in 2008 it is a big lake or swamp.
You guys can check it out at Google Earth and check it at historical time.
My 1st concerns is that SHC land is LH.
2nd it going to build on previous lake that have been fill up with land for about 4 years ago.
3rd Starting from RM650 psf, I guess that RM650 is for the big size units of 1800sf. I guess the 750sf will be more then RM650

I think it would not be lah.
If the council wanna build another new low cost apartment and relocated the old low cost people to the new 1.
They got so many $$ meh.

I heard someone told me that there is a land at Jalan PJU 1A/22 have been sold. Anyone have info about that.

Is it SHC land is leasehold because previously it is a swamp or a lake, they just reclaim it.
Same goes to Pacific Place last time is a dump site.
