Hi, need advise.
Current situation - 1. Signed the banks Letter of Offer for a loan 2. Loan agreement not sign 3. S&P doc not yet prepared nor sign I am now thinking of not proceeding with the purchase. What kind of penalty am i looking at if i do so? |
