Where do you girls usually buy your bras? Any very good salesperson from the outlet to recommend?

It's time for me to shop for some new lingerie, but it's always a hard time for me. Any good places can recommend?

Good places or good brand? Depend also on how much you willing to spend.

Somehow I prefer to go to their retail outlets.
I find the salesperson at departmental stores are usually older ladies. Prefer younger ladies to attend to me. tongue.gif

What kind of experience are you looking for exactly?
Basically what I do is, walk into the shop, look around for the patterns I like, give it to the sales girl following me around and she will guide me to the fitting room. If fits good then I take, wrong size then take another size (or bring few sizes to test one shot).

Would be easier if you go online and browse through some of the sites.

That would give you a rough idea of what you want. Then see whether what you want is available locally or not.

Most of the nice stuffs are however, not available here rolleyes.gif

I would say go to the retail outlets if you want to buy lingerie. I dont like the sales assistants at dept stores as well. The younger ones mostly dont know what they're doing or not experienced enough, they always give me the wrong sizes. While the older ones always recommend me those bras that i dont like. If you go to a retail outlet everything is displayed and its easier to find what you like.

I don't have much experience either but I guess salesperson also depends on luck. Just go and check out the retail outlets. If you see something you like, then just try it on. If you don't like the sales girl, then try another shop. smile.gif

Parkson just had their warehouse sale. I saw Wacoal bras for RM35-40 per piece, but simple t-shirt bras, nothing fancy.

Coming back fr overseas, I'm a fan of Marks and spencer UK. Good quality, comfortable and reasonable price. Online shopping is so easy and best of all, the consumers actually rate the item and give reviews. If you live in KL, perhaps you can try their bras and be sure of the your size. But pricing wise, M & S UK is still cheaper (even after forex conversion!)From my experience, their sizing is pretty accurate and standardise for all bras and knickers. I still order from UK (especially during the Christmas sale) and ask my friend to ship to me. To my opinion, the good bras here (Triumph / Wacoal) are insanely priced.

Maybe when i'm desperate, I will buy one of 2 from Yobo, which is quite reasonable quality and price. But otherwise, I will buy in bulk from UK.

I usually buy bras from familiar stores or friends' advise, hardly from online store because I don't know whether it matches me.
I think unless you know your exactly size of bra which is the same with that of the bra you buy from online store, you had better not.
As it's underwear, it's troublesome to return back.

I usually go for retail store too, like Xixili and La Senza. But some better brand like La Perla and Valisere do not have their own retail. However, there is a store in Lot 10 selling high end lingerie like Aubade, La Perla, and so on. smile.gif

A shop in Plaza Gurney sells Aimer products. However I think the produts in the shop are not as rich as in their shopping website.
www.aimeronline.com. You can go and have a look. Hope yu can find some nice piece. icon_idea.gif
