I was watching Sync vs Kueh vod and caster was good and I really thought it was Purge or some famous one there.

But the part where they talk about armor and reduction. Pure damage ignores armor reduction. Cleaves deals pure damage so stacking deso and medallion doesn't improve the damage from Kunkka splash.

On the armor reduction thing, our point was that Desolator and Medallion can be stacked on the target that Kunkka is about to hit, thus enhancing the damage it absorbs and consequently bigger spash damage.

Only the caster involve should create the lobby
