Sony is higher prestige than google.

Hearing rumours that N4 will be priced at RM17xx. If that's the case, surely an S3 would be a better option at RM16xx SME. Besides stock OS, S3 seems the better device (LTE, expandable storage, etc).

What do you guys think? How much is too much for the N4? I know we won't get American prices but I don't think I want to pay anything more than 1399 for it.

Can we keep this civil and discuss like adults? There are many reasons one would prefer the S3. Better battery performance, removable battery, better camera, more screen real estate, better aspect ratio for videos, plus some of the benefits of touch wiz which I like.

Having said that, I'm in this thread for a reason. I'm a fan of Nexus products purely because they don't become obsolete as fast as other phones and they get quick updates.

Let's not look at purely hardware specs, both phones are pretty smooth phones that most phone users wouldn't know the difference in speed.

I certainly won't, there are ppl who would pay a 2k for this and also some others would only pay the price google offered, nothing wrong or funny, there's no need to be laughed at.

Thanks to everyone who gave their feedback and opinion. It will help me make a decision. I completely agree about Nexus being future proof. I'm typing this message on my Nexus 7 with all the bells and whistles of 4.2 and love the fact that my device is at the forefront of Android development.
