Bumpers are cool...like bikini....slight protection yet very sexy

For the benefit of those importing the phone from US, here's the chronology and tips for u guys

- imported nexus 10 & casing, 2 nexus 4 and casings
- shipped from hopshopgo on Wednesday
- parcel was split to 2 shipments at HK customs (presumably one for tablet and one for cell phone)
- first parcel arrived Saturday morning and saw 'clearance delay' on shipment tracking
- called DHL and she says pending customs, she asked me to wait 24 hours and with luck, they may clear it
- later evening, second parcel arrived KL, also had 'clearance delay' and with new status to apply permit when I called to check
- went to sirim today to apply permit, says their SOP is permit will be processed within 24 hours and emailed to applicant who then just forward to agent for clearance. They will try to process mine by 12pm today
- latest DHL tracking shows one package on the way to my house (presumably the tablet) while as at 1015am today, waiting for sirim permit.

Word of advice...... If your package has been declared as 'cell phone' at hopshopgo warehouse, don't wait till the phone is here to apply sirim permit.  The moment it's shipped, call DHL KL office the next day and ask them to email you the airwaybill and commercial invoice.  Get ready the google play delivery form from your hopshopgo/comgateway shipping info, print out nexus 4 tech specs and go to sirim.  Once you have permit, call DHL, give them the serial number or email them the cert.  Clearance will be much faster.

Btw, sirim says permit is required for ALL communication devices, tablet included due to networking capabilities and wifi.  I just kept quiet about my nexus 10, since DHL mentioned its ok as it was declared under 'PC/computer'

Update: just had my delivery from DHL, they are only the casings for my nexus 4 & 10 thus my nexus 10 and 4 still held at customs pending permit

Takpe la. Just wait for next month la. USD565 almost same as our shores (the rumors quote). Me just wanna get a new phone cos my Samseng Ace is giving me some retirement signs even after flash.

Brohug.jpg. Brought it at RM1k that time. Yea Samseng phone is way too fast. Hope when I get this one will gonna stick with it until it slows me down. From a single core to quad core. A dual-core jumper LOL. Google won't come out their phone like Samseng right? When was Galaxy/Galaxy Nexus was out before this come along?
