I remember someone who used comgateway services before and the cost come up to about USD $37 for two units of Nexus 4 shipment. Since hopshopgo is also by comgateway, the cost should be more or less the same.

As again, it depends on how you use. If your just a normal user, FB, Twitter, Instagram, some games, listen to music and watch video sometimes, then it should be enough. However, if your subsituting your phone as your mp3 player, gaming console, movie player, etc, then it wont be enough.
