According to google help, AMEX card must be US-issued.
Could we use Maybank-issue AMEX even after we change the billing address to an US address?

That's what I did. Anyway, I'm using AMEX for that. Purchased 3 times from Google Play already.

Btw, I ordered another 2 units of Nexus 4 16GB for my friends on 27 Nov around 9.30am. They are shipped early this morning and UPS is now out for delivery already. Should be receiving email from Comgateway soon.

Any debit/credit cards can be used as long as you change the billing address to US one. Just remember to set your location to US if your google account is set to MY

By the way, how to do this? ---> "Just remember to set your location to US" Is it done in Wallet, Play, or Gmail?
I could find any setting about "location" shakehead.gif

My advice is to create new account, just to be safe.
