I'm a DH player and i'm not that bad.

I know there are some good barbs, monks and wiz here on LYN that are extremely creative with their builds.

However, on MP10, WW/HOTA Barb rules and its not like each of them have better gears than the rest of us. Is just their skills are generally OP.

Let's talk about active skills.

1.Run like the Wind.
- the proc-coefficient is simply off the roof. Couple this with battle rage - into the fray, you literally have infinite fury and that just allows the barb to spam the insane HOTA skill. (Think 400% wep damage)

And with infinite fury, you get that insane WOTB skill that grants that immunity, + CC chance, + dodge chance + MS, + Attack speed. I'm sure there's more.

With all this insane buffs, a 150k DPS barb literally becomes a 300k DPS barb EASILY and this is REAL DPS not some gimmick DPS.

2. Battle Rage
- + 15percent damage and 3percent CC for ALL DAMAGE. LOL

Besides barb, the next most able class to do MP10 is CM wiz. However, they do at it a risk of breaking their fingers. Barbs on the other hand?

So:
- Infinite fury
- no freezing/jail/stun and etc..
- crazy insane damage/CC buffs

- Barb gets the most max LS in game (dual wield + mighty belt + passive)
- Gear wise .. dont hv to compete with other class for +str gear whereby DH compete against Monk for +dex & WD vs Wiz for +intel gears.

it was barbablo long time ago in d3 official forum(even before 1.0.4), lots of people complain, blizzard have tried to buff other classes, but just by very little so other 4 classes have no way to reach the level of barbarians
now more than 40% of paragon level 100 was barbarians...
imo, blizzard tries to balance out classes for pvp and farming...some other class might rule when pvp is out, only IF barbarians rule both PVP and farming....

actually, try it out for yourself la... no use complaining... DH also quite power...

although i pity WDs.. lol

I still love WD. It was my first charac to beat Diablo inferno...

if cannot beat them ,just join them ...lol

I love to roll a barb for mob killing.. But PVP still i think need to balance it..

been feeling kinda fed up since DH items are much more expensive....

barb and wiz got nice skills to boost Dps
DH got nice equipment (bow n quiver) to boost Dps

wd and monk....meh
so far hard to see them above 100k Dps

this is a pay to win thing, doesnt matter gold or real mani

got gold/mani, got op gear

sold everything on my P85 DH, got about 200usd from it.

started a barb with less than 30m

once you go barb, you will never go back

There are good DH out there.. Honestly speaking, some my frens play DH way OP for me also.

P/S: True fact is, money = winrar.

BUT, dun forget. AH still doesnt have the best gear there yet, so everyday even me, still hunting for the best gear you can get.

This is not right.

DH gets 15% LS without needing a gear.
Barb can't beat that.

30 mill probably low Dps barb... I feel my barb now stuck at 100k Dps without significant upgrades costing more than 30 million just for meagre Dps increase.

I have a lvl60 barb, dh and wd.. WD 90% completed build, barb 60%, dh 30%.

still making some changes till my ideal build..

Wont play wiz and monk since my wife made this 2 char already..

with that 30M i'm at 107K DPS unbuff. ok kua...

honestly speaking, what do you guys look forward to in this game? i've already beaten Uber MP10 and i feel i have no more motivation to keep farming.

I don't care about ubers and yeah I have also beaten MP10 bosses.

Paragon 100? Better gear? Final DPS?

This particular barb certainly doesn't have an ezpz time dealing with elites in mp10 solo ...no offence intended. ~Peace.

My baby monk is exactly in the same situation like that barb, can kill normal mobs within 10 secs and whenever in an encounter with the elites that could easily take up 2 - 5 mins to settle in mp10 solo always had to be revived at least once but can play also, just have to pay high repair cost.

If your char can kill 20 packs of elite and die once, only then one can claimed supremacy over a certain mp level played.

Is that the measuring stick? Hmmm....then i shall try higher mp tonight and see where i stand...

i have no idea which MP my dh can survive up to, been farming/lvling at low MP most of the time..

agree with u...get 100k+ dps is easy now... but to get 100k+ DPS with balance stats (Vit+Resist+LoH+LS+Armor)... need Millionssss (or billions) and luck in AH.. i already spend around 100m now for my barbarian... still not reach 100k dps yet..
i have some req for my heros:at least 14 pickups, 45k HP (target 50k+ with Ruby in my helm), 600-ish resist, 1800 LoH etc... still hunt for better gears... now play in lower MPs (0-3)..

wtf with 100mil u still farm mp0-3?? as a barb, u no need so high resist.. most important thing is u must know how to balance between resist and armor.. with the balance, u can no need care your overall hp, just focus on getting high dps with 5.8 LS and NO LOH... u must know HIGH DPS = HIGH HP LEECH FROM LS... my barb used to be 31k hp, 5.8 LS, 0 LOH, good balance between armor and resist, farm mp10 (with one piece of pick up radius, NO NEED 2 PIECES).. of course that is the past as i sold all my gear away and quit D3 at Paragon 97.5.. of course i am talking about farming... when pvp comes, LS will be useless and LoH will be priceless !! and need a lot of AR !!

YES barb is so incredibly OP and needs to be nerf asap !! I said that even though my main character is barb... but still what to do, Jay Wilson's main character is also a barbarian.. so bliz wont nerf barb.. they nerf the monster damage in each MP levels also don't want to nerf barb.. so either u guys roll an OP barb, or get used to the OP-ness..
