Thank You all    I am very happy with this LEGO Club as they are many helpful members out here.
Here's my little story of how I got introduced to LEGO
I loved LEGO and I remember the first time I saw them when I was at a friend's house, I loved it so much that I tried my best to search for LEGO around Seremban and was really happy to find my first set was Red Indian, bought at The Store Seremban. Then I bought the Cowboy or Wildwest set at The Store Seremban as well. Just when I thought I could pick another LEGO set, which was the Police, The Store Seremban decided not to sell sets but parts instead. Since then, I tried to search for another store in Seremban and even Toy r Us back in 2004 or 5. However, I couldn't find the set that I desired. Due to this, I finally gave up and kinda left LEGO for almost a decade until now when I found out they are more and more stores selling LEGO, be it e-store or retail store. I feel with all this, I'd be coming back to LEGO this December starting with City Advent Calendar.

Any case can do. Some have two layer, maybe you can get that since your minifigs still can fit in. We get RM5 case only, there are more expensive one but bigger.

or u guys just buy the one u like? or halfway stop collecting the series and going to another?

I got 2 pcs of series 8 and wondering should I collect the series.
but forsure I wanna collect Olympic series.

keep also keep. but lego meant to be played. im not sure if i can sleep at night when knowing there is still unopened lego boxes around the house 

i feel bad sometimes when my kids touch my lego and  i scold them.
after that, i felt guilty and let them have a spin with the ninjago

It's on its way from the States... wanted to buy 2 but buy 1 first, see how much is the postage since the Lego box itself already 15lb. the outer box might add another 4-6lb. to the final shipping figure.
And the freakin' shipping cost is killing me....

I saw alot of the SSD in the Big Shop at Legoland Johor selling for a cool RM 1999. Tak sampai hati to buy one coz too expensive and do not know where to display it. 

didnt know u r close to ALJ boss... so usually is they bring in here, distribute to tru, jusco n others?

i see...i dont like their pricing...
usually when i go to tru/jusco/parkson/etc.. i usually flip over the lego box n see who is the distributor/importer...
if ALJ, i roughly assume it's over price n put it back (i cant remember all the price)
but i also check if got shop promotion n etc....

actually i dont really know how this work
so ALJ bring in stuff, sell it at a higher price to local retailer?
so is meaning that ALJ is the sole distributor? (meaning only they can import LEGO in legally?)
the rest just small small importer?
or
many importer bring in stuff... but custom say this toys is good stuff...so must pay higher tax?
so we end up paying for the tax?
