QUOTE(mizzfancypants @ Dec 6 2012, 11:53 PM) I know the feeling of not getting the whole set! It's like... not complete. Hahaha. Ok nvm forget I said that. Damn... that's so classic and the boxes looks good too!But I get what you mean! I'm a huge fan of Team GB & the Olympics so when I heard about the Olympic Team GB minifigs I knew I had to get them! [attachmentid=3192883] My dad had this stash of Lego hidden in the house for a very very long time. He bought it for my brother but then my brother didn't really bother taking care of them so my dad decided to keep them safe! He put them all in a box and he forgot about it until I started to show an interest in Lego after collecting the CMFs. all unopen? the train.... QUOTE(aba9785 @ Dec 6 2012, 11:56 PM) have fun with the Poisons... |

QUOTE(mizzfancypants @ Dec 7 2012, 12:19 AM) Hahahah, I certainly hope that there is another stash hidden somewhere. But my father said this was all he bought the last time. Most of them unopened, including the train set. Only 2 or 3 of those sets are opened. No place to display the train, so my father said don't open yet. |

QUOTE(ckseong80 @ Dec 7 2012, 01:45 PM) That's weird because I thought the Kastam will tax only if the total cost in the shipment is above certain value like RM500 if not mistaken. I think they suka suka find something to tax... they supposed to tax items over RM500 or depend on the weight. But at times, even above they will not kacau. So it seems now rather than going by procedure, it's up to your luck if you'll get taxed or not. Malaysia Boleh!!! Then I have a friend order few pieces of jerseys at the same time, cost over RM500 and he got escape from the tax.. lol... |

QUOTE(ckseong80 @ Dec 7 2012, 02:14 PM) But jersey will be shipped in big box? Jerseys mostly shipped in packs unless really a big bulk... I kena a few missing jerseys also.. lol either they whallop or the postmen.. Hmmmm.... maybe kastam officers are all football fans, when they see jersey they know it's expensive so must tax kao kao. I was fortunate to have received my Series2 minifigures set yesterday without any problem. I think it depends on their mood wan la... Kastams got mood swings terribly! |

QUOTE(zoomckng @ Dec 7 2012, 04:31 PM) haha yes i was called in to their desk also. and on their machine are 2 website. One is Ebay and another is Paypal. better is bank draft? Haha...so if u think kastam dont know about toys, think again. Just remember when they ask where this was bought, just say its non ebay transaction, and thru money tele transfer. that way its harder for them to check. trust me they know what is hot wheels, transformers and lego, etc. |

QUOTE(mizzfancypants @ Dec 7 2012, 07:04 PM) Woohoo! Managed to stumble across a rather full box and got the ones I wanted. Santa is kinda hard to get... hmm...Looks like I still got my 'feeling bags' skills. But somehow the more I look at the santa, the more he looks like a robber. Hahahaha. [attachmentid=3194284] |

QUOTE(aba9785 @ Dec 11 2012, 10:19 AM) i see. thanks for sharing your setup.... i really need to bring out my toys n snap more... i think most collectors will have ikea Detolf as the display cabinet and uses the Daiso cases to store it according to series...previously always giving excuse to myself display case as in the glass display cabinet from ikea? or the cheaper one from daiso?
