Details of the complaint :

pha88 posted in her thread of accepting pre-orders for a product called "Jack3D Micro" which costs RM160. I made a deposit of RM160 on 10 September 2012. It was supposed to be a 2 week wait, but was then delayed for another 2 weeks with seller citing "clearance from customs". On 27 September, i was told that the item has reached Malaysia but still pending customs, but was asked to banked in the postage fee and said that it will be delivered soon.

I waited and waited up to 6 November where i couldn't wait anymore and she agreed to provide a refund. Last SMS i received from her was on the 13th of November telling me she just got into an 'accident' and promises to bank in the next day, but it was an empty promise. I tried SMS'ing and calling her but to no avail, it seems like she has either blocked me or her number is no longer active. It seems she has also been missing from LYN for quite sometime now.

So in summary, she owes me RM166 in deposit and it has been 2 weeks since her last SMS, she can no longer be contacted on her mobile number. Below are her details:

Actually that was supposed to be her "fiancee", the person running the business currently or at least the name associated with the maybank account is of a woman.

From the link PHA88 MISSING up there, What i guess that was a made up story. The proof is the phone number use recently and the phone number he was using before he was 'missing' is the same one. Or maybe he was back and back to business again. No one know as no update from him or his 'fiancee' at the Pha88 missing thread there. And i notice it has been close on June 2012.

From PHA88 fb page HERE, I found her fiancee in his friend list, from there i hv found that she work at Kastam Putrajaya, U may contact her there to ask about his whereabout, at least the money u bank in to her acc. Or if u actually deal with her n not his fiancee, that would be better.

pha88 is a male, met him once last year at sunway. and that would be the last meeting...too many problem la this guy.

i think i did bought from u a few weeks ago. I preordered because at that time no one else was selling it. RM166 might not be a big amount but i hate getting conned and lied to. Why he's risking his business and reputation for a mere 160 bucks is beyond me.

I have alerted him of this thread so hopefully when he comes online he'll see it.
