the cpu checker said it's running 1001 mhz nearly 90%. and 10% 250mhz. and never use the deep sleep

Last night when I'm trying Reverse Tether, my BP2 slows down greatly and some part of screen have some kind of graphical glitch like when you see on bad movie encode.
