Maxis already changed their data plan usage same as DiGi and Celcom.. Exceeded limit no more extra charges already and will be start on 3rd of December 2012.

Is iOS bugs, wait for iOS 6.1... Even I'm using maxis also counter this issues, needed to restart only get back 3G signal!
