if you edy restore 2,3 times but the problem still exist better go to Service Centre

i dont think so . maybe network or sim problem . im using celcom , DIY my old sim to nano . no problem

both also can . which one near your place

disagree , coz tis prob happened to those who change to nano sim .

Im using OEM lightning cable . very tight , the problem is my cable can use oni one side . if im turn the connector to other side it cant charge

original still in the box , virgin . hahah , gonna buy lightning micro usb adapter

Im facing one problem with my phone


This has happened about 2 times since I bought this phone.while using the phone, in an app, the screen will suddenly go to what I'd guess is the lowest dimming setting.. in the dark I see that the apps are still running, just barely visible. I navigate back to the brightness setting, the phone shows it to be at max brightness with auto brightness turned off... the screen stays dim until I move the slider.. as soon as the slider moves the phone lights back up...

1) double click home button , scrool to left . and you can see rotation lock

2)There is no way to "fix" this. you're one of the first people I've ever read complain about it, I doubt there will ever be a fix for it.Try this :

a)Use custom vibration. I set my phone to a different vibration pattern which is much softer and discreet. At least it's slightly less annoying on your ear.

b)As an alternative, you could set the phone to not vibrate when in silent mode (Settings > Sounds > first option) and use the silent mode switch whenever you get a call, which is fast and practical.
