Ridiculous, even high-end condominiums like Sunway A'Marine / Nautica also charging RM150 + RM150 deposit only. Thank god I didn't invest in this place, just too many god damn issues. Problems outweigh the benefits.

So far only twice which is schedule maintenance and normally they would informed in advance. But from the first time lesson learn when blackout they will go back to each floor to on back the astro booster. If this is not on then sorry no astro until you make a complain to them. Maintenance is normally done during office hours.

Access card system is fully in operation now. However outsider can still go up if they take from the parking lot and go to 8 floor register with the guard their names.

Update Main Place Residence USJ 21 -

We have sold ALL units of 615 sq ft, there is no more left.

For 900+ sq ft units, we have only last 2 units left. Price from RM510k (entitled to developer package/rebate) depending on orientation.

We also have 3 bigger units from 1272 sq ft onwards. Price starting from RM650k onwards (still entitled to developer package/rebate) depending on orientation.

PM me if keen for developer units. Not an agent. Strictly no agent enquiries pls. Have sold 5 units through this forum because units are developer units. Thanks.

Looks like there are still some issues not addressed promptly.
1. Residence gym room some equipment's already not functioning quite a time.
2. Male changing room - some doors are not able to close properly. etc..

Yes you got that right. Only 2 machines currently working. The rest is all out of order. I guess they expect their residence to signup for celebrity fitness.

I am assuming you are staying there. How about your electricity bill. Do you have any issue. Have you received the bill.

Yes bomba lift open access from LG right up to all floors on weekdays only. I guess weekend is more safer rclxub.gif
