As at 29/11,2012 agent quoted that there's only 30th - 33rd floor for sale. Those below were sold out or the previous old buyers before it was abandoned.

Only one unit left for 940sf unit at RM505,000.

Several units from 1,200sf - 1,500sf price ranging from RM630,000 to RM760,000. Only these larger units have a 5% rabate on the 2nd 10%. Meaning your are only eligible for the 5% rebate after you have paid down your 10% down payment.

Expected completion is around Q4 of 2013.

Their office is near the site, Taipan 2 area along Old Town Kopitiam. Office is called Sumbangan Lagenda. However, there is no showroom/showmodel. Only brochures.

Thinking of investing for this project as it is near LRT and the upcoming One City, easy access to Puchong, Shah Alam and USJ Exit to Plus Highway. What do you guys think?

Its around 10-11 years.

Finally it is revive back, by Binapuri.

The masterplan too old dy. Guess they cant sell high price. Same goes to Rythym Avenue. Everythings look reminisce. Lol.

I was called a few times about this project. It seems the lower built up units are all gone, mainly because they offer back to the original buyers and perhaps plus other buyers with strong connections.

Larger built up 1000+ sf and higher floors were offered for sales. Too bad I forgot what was the psf ..... smile.gif

That is what I'm afraid of. Even though Rythym Avenue is considered new, but on the inside, it seems like a 15 y.o apartment.

I can't rememeber exactly already. It was about 2 months back or more (???), I was approached. If it is not 1000+, it will be closed to 1000. That's what they wanted to sell to me. I wasn't keen enough for the 1000 something sf units. If they approached me for the lower built up, maybe I would have considered.

Furthermore the building will be completed soon, before the LRT is ready. Timing wise, it isn't my liking.

Yup, they painted the few floors in white. From the outside, it looks like they are the parking bays.
