As at 29/11,2012 agent quoted that there's only 30th - 33rd floor for sale. Those below were sold out or the previous old buyers before it was abandoned.

Several units from 1,200sf - 1,500sf price ranging from RM630,000 to RM760,000. Only these larger units have a 5% rabate on the 2nd 10%. Meaning your are only eligible for the 5% rebate after you have paid down your 10% down payment.
Expected completion is around Q4 of 2013.
Their office is near the site, Taipan 2 area along Old Town Kopitiam. Office is called Sumbangan Lagenda. However, there is no showroom/showmodel. Only brochures.
Thinking of investing for this project as it is near LRT and the upcoming One City, easy access to Puchong, Shah Alam and USJ Exit to Plus Highway. What do you guys think?
