U Mobile UMOBILE PREPAID CHECK BALANCE, pls help me solve this problem

hi.. i using umobile prepaid... when i type *118*8# for check my balance but it just i show " MMI complete " without any more details ... is there any other to check my balance instead using *118*8# in UMOBILE ??
