can you quote me a recoat over existing paint (paint still 95% ok, just want a - single - fresh coat):

- single story bungalow for the walls: two colors white and grey (18l white, 2l grey)
no need to paint windows (uPVC) just the wall with Dulux Powerflexx and minor patching where the lower parts of the wall are a bit old and brittle, overall the paint has almost no defects just a bit of prior cleaning from dirt required.

area to coat approx. 160-170 m²

- paint rain gutter and roof skirting with dulux gloss finish grey around the house, i.e. approx. 23 m length raingutter and approx. 50m of flushing

- apply a coat of coat of nippon slate finish for existing wooden fencing 20m x 1,50m (remove planks, coat), recoat the metal frame with dulux gloss finish grey (2 coats, rest single coat) and give the concrete foundation (60 cm high with pilars) a coat with Dulux Weathershield Powerflexx, concrete tops have pebble stones so those need just a coat of the nippon slate finish.

hope the job scrop is descriped sufficiently. if you need i can PM you some pics. i dont mind to supply the paint for you if that makes it easier for you. the grey color code i will have to decide on. my wife wants a darker shade than the existing grey.
