does your price include ceiling painting (normal original ceilings) and perimeter walls?
do you clean/brush off previous paint ?
how many layer undercoat / paint ?

Inside: low VOC/smell, easy clean/wipe, masterbedroom 1 colour, other areas :1 colour
Outside: weather proof , lining 1 colour, others 1 colour

can you quote me a recoat over existing paint (it is a new house with some renovation done mainly at wet kitchen, one room extension and two room balconies). also hacking here n there for wiring n alarm system. mainly paint still 80-85% ok, just want a single fresh coat.

house is a double storey semi-d (ard 4k+ sqft):
- interior – recoating walls: white n lily white
- interior – repaint wood skirting and 5-6 wooden doors at ground floor
- interior – touch up n paint at new renovated area
- interior – we want feature walls for master room (light n medium grey) ard 14x18ft
- exterior – recoating bcoz hacking for wiring n alarm n some renovated areas
- exterior – recoating of wooden panels n skirting

hope i described the above sufficiently. would appreciate if u could provide me with an estimation cost (labor only and labor+paint). if you need i can PM you some pics. i need start painting end apr or early may.
