just started playing SC2 campaign (not ahem version) and find that its hard to get all achievements in 1 run

now im stuck at 0 hours (3rd mission ). anyone succeed getting all in 1 run? any advise?

im always stuck between 0 buildings lost + killing 4 lair. everytime army move out trying to clear zerg bases, they atk my base with banelings and destroy 1-2 bunker. hard to defend because my main army is out

on brutal btw (sarah potrait achievement)

sorry man I dont play the story mode

Try to build more bunkers in you base and macro more, do put some SCVs around the bunkers at all time and set them at auto repair

All the guide I found is to do the achievement 1 by 1. I am trying to 1 shot complete all

Added on November 27, 2012, 2:57 pmI have 3 scv but they can't keep up with Roach attack lol. And the 2 free bunker position is bad. It's to front. I would prefer to build it further back so I can have 4 bunker attacking at the same time. And I can't salvage the bunker

find the one thats relevant to the troubles you're having. theres no rule that you need to 1 shot complete all in a single game play; nor does this award you a special kid achievement either.

forcefully attack the existing bunker if you hate it that much, no problem.

I know we can do it 1 by 1. But I m trying to push my limit and see if I can complete it in 1 shot. I am asking here to see if anyone tried it and what's their strategy

due to mission branching (2 choice options) you can't do it 1 shot either way even if you can/want to.

Why not try attack the lair right after you defend?

takes too long for my army to go to the north base. i find the north base easiest to aim for achievement. the other bases are all high ground so u need to move ur army to the top of the clift before fighting. and you will lose quite a number of your marines to the tentacle building (no riot shield upgrade). every marine is precious to me because of the 20 min cap

found a way to unlock all WoL campaign achievement, including upgrades in 1 run

1) campaign missions
pretty straight forward. just check each mission achievement list (f9) before u start on the mission. do note that if you are playing higher difficulty you are eligible for the lower difficulty achievement as well.

2) mission branching
as in "safe haven" vs "haven fall" or "help tosh" vs "help nova". u can do both regardless of which u choose. after the mission, go to the computer in bridge and review the mission. the other mission will be unlocked

3) upgrades
we can only get that much credits each run, and it aint enough to purchase all upgrades. so save up the credits. once u had unlocked all the units/buildings in each category (infantry, vechile, dominion) check the total credits u need to purchase all the upgrades. if your credits are enough, save the game > buy all upgrades > wait for achievement > load saved games. this way u wont spend $$ on unnecessary upgrades

4) same as above.

got my hots last week due to 'peer pressure'

just finish campaign brutal mode (direct go hardcore mode)

now can take sweet time to get the rest of the achievement
