Nopes, me using MacBookPro not MacPro I find though the people using it don't take too much care of it, which upsets me tremendously *sigh* |

kevler,
Though I signed the procurement form to buy the system, I don't remember if it was a Mac Pro - I don't think so lah. When did Mac Pro come out though? I do remember it was a something-dual but am pretty sure it isn't running on Intel chips [hence it's probably uh, the older version of Mac Pro? *shrugs*] PS: I didn't have time then to learn more about Macs, so enlighten me please... Don't ask me to go check the Systems Preference lah... |

There's also a G4 sitting in the office except I'm not sure if it's the PowerBook G4 - I wasn't authorised then to sign off the procurement slips *grins* Am not gonna start learning about Apple product history - rather go do something more useful, like learn how to maximise my MBP

@yongkailoon,
Yeah the stains aren't difficult to get rid off - just put some LCD monitor cleaning agent and it works @civic98, I'd given up hope and am living with the 'keyboard' marks on my monitor. Cleaned it once - and it's due for cleaning soon except i'd been .. ah well.. too lazy ! *gulps* @76radius, U sure thought wrong about us ladies *grins* Then again, it's the many stack of papers and mails that clutters the desk *sigh* |

Use Disk Utility to reformat ur drive and this time make sure it is both Windows & Mac compatible. I've no problems with the 2 WD external HDD of mine. |

Just cleared the desk and am trying to figure out the best way to utilise the 19" Sony Monitor. Certainly looks as if I will either need to invest in USB hub or do away with the keyboard for extra space *smiles*
15" MBP not in picture - and picture taken with i3GS ![]() This post has been edited by tinkerbel: Sep 10 2009, 11:07 PM |
