QUOTE(aaronchin @ Jan 15 2007, 09:14 PM) why would people steal pictures from somewhere and claim it to be their setup? that's just sad. nice ambient light anyway. Who stole who's pic? D'ya know my gf in the 1st first place, if you didnt then F*** ur mouth up? Did I tell you that pic taken in Malaysia, nope wasn't? Based on what you guys presumed the pic was stolen. I didn't claim thats mine. I said thats my gf. Just b'coz one narrow-minded pointed out that pic was from Flickers everybody start stereotyping, so pathetic but true thats Malaysian style. Who's faking? I didn't. Hello guys pls next time check before flame ppl . For your info, she is American. I knew her from the net years ago. For those morons and small brain beings, gf means "kawan perempuan" doesn't necessarily mean special gf. What a stupid!!!. One thing - next time pls spelled out clearly that the tread is for Malaysian only. This post has been edited by 76radius: Jan 16 2007, 12:08 AM |

QUOTE(kwekeugene @ Jan 1 2008, 02:47 PM) I see another iMac in the background in the 2nd picture Ya, another iMac setup at the corner in the second pic for my Gf (as per pic attached) . Nice setups, don't mind me asking, where did you get the external hard disk enclosure? The external hard disk enclosure (the 3.5" SATA to USB2.0/FW400/FW800/eSATA, 4in1 Case) bought from Ascend Zone, 3rd Floor at the Curve. Cost about RM500. You may check it the spec here : http://ghplastic.trustpass.alibaba.com/pro..._Enclosure.html Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(Mike3300 @ Jan 1 2008, 03:25 PM) I bought the Airport Extreme for RM629 from MacAsia @ One Utama. But the new Airport Extreme (gigabit version) costs RM709/-. I recommend this router as you can link it with external Hard Disk and sharing it over the network . Thats how I link among the iMacs, Apple TV and PS3 in the house. This post has been edited by 76radius: Jan 1 2008, 02:32 PM |

After 2 weeks of waiting the MacPro (2x 2.8Ghz QuadCore Intel Xeon) stock, I finally collected my toy from KLCC Machines yesterday evening. (N/B : It blazing fast converting my Blu-Ray movie for 40min compared to 3 hours with my previous iMac 2.4Ghz C2D/4GB ram. :-). )
Managed to grab the following goodies too yesterday : (a) Apple Cinema Display 20" (b) Airport Express from KLCC Machines (to substitute the MacPro connection since it came without Wifi Card, Airport Express become the Wifi Card for my Macpro) © Time Capsule 500GB from Lot10 Machines (1TB no more stock :-( ) (d) Apple TV 160GB from Lot 10 Machines :-) Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(TechnoDude94 @ May 2 2008, 08:24 PM) Nice MacPro you have there, hope you enjoy your toy. May I ask you, don't you find the monitor a tad too little? 20" for a MacPro, shouldn't it be 30"? Just asking. Actually I need no big table (due to space constraint) as I already have one for my iMac 20". The 20" Apple Display just nice for my basic need to convert my BluRay movies to MP4 for my AppleTV. This is my another setting for iMac which posted earlier - http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/260365/+860(Note : the iMac at the corner of the 1st pic has been sold and replaced with the above MacPro) This post has been edited by 76radius: May 2 2008, 09:27 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |
