I am a teenager and I want to grow my arms, chest and legs more because I'm quite skinny.
Any daily foods that I can eat to grow them more so that I can train the muscles ?

Actually cals > protein. Unless one is cutting then more emphasis on protein. Carbs are your best friend. You don't need as much protein because carbs are muscle sparing.

yes there are foods that target those body parts.

chicken breast for growing your chest and chicken thigh for growing your leg muscles. if you eat chicken wings, you can grow your lats too.

if you believed a word i typed above, you need to do more research because protein is protein and if you're not growing, you just aren't eating enough or training hard enough. also, don't expect to put on size overnight. give yourself time but as you're in your teens, it's probably the best time and you've a hormonal advantage so make full use of it.

to ts, from my understanding, you need 2 grams of carb and 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight

obviously meat is the important one. protein.
avoid snacks and carbonate drinks.
