Need help.. I bought a new gaming laptop Y580 and install my Diablo 3 in.

Now, for unknown reason, I can't move my mouse cursor. It still function but just unable to detect my mouse.

I'm using Steel Series Sensei Raw.

Do you mean that the mouse cursor is invisible, but its still functional (can be clicked / etc, such as mousing over button will highlight it)?

If so, try to switch to Windowed mode or Windowed Full Screen mode.. see if it solves the problem.

How about Full Screen (Windowed) mode (or was it Windowed (Full Screen) mode)? It should work fine as it's just a maximized window without border.

Change your mouse, your laptop don't support high resolution gaming mouse.

Upgraded to maximum 8gb RAM?
D3 consumes alot of memory especially when you have 4 players spamming skills along with the monster boss at the same time.
Try to lower / minimize the Graphic Option when the start up page is on / main page.

so far im running on pentium4 3.0ghz + 3gb ddr2 800 mhz + gc 512 ddr3 256 still can run d3.. but i can only play with 2 player.. more than that will cause lagging and delay.. to overcome this i minimize the size of my d3 mode so that can reduce delay & lagging..

Yes. it moves as normal but no shock. I tried on Starcraft 2. Same problem.

Hi, did you set your display so the icons and text are larger by 150%? I had similar issues when i did that. Diablo3 seems to work fine when i set it back to medium 125%.

Else you can try right click the diablo icon, properties, compatibility tab, click on "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings".

Apparently it works if u set custom scaling to 149% :S
